Equinox Data Concept (Eric Da Cunha) (“we” or “us”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit use our mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. No user information from social networking sites, such as (Apple’s Game Center, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter) is accessed.

No derivative data is collected when you use the Application.

No Financial information is collected.
Mobile Device Data Access
No access to your mobile device capabilities (bluetooth, wifi, camera, microphone, sensors) and other features is made
Mobile Device Data
No device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and other data (calendar, contacts, reminders, SMS messages, mass storage) are used.
Third-Party Data
No data is shared with Third Party.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We only use the minimum data (Geo-Location Information), process and store it on your device. We also store locally the last state of this application for continuous use.
No user account, no statistical data, no ads, no third parties, no tracker.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We can’t share information about you because we don’t collect them.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We only store locally the minimum data (Geo-Location information) and the last state of this application for continuous use. Nothing over the air or into the clouds.
There is no user info, no statistical data, no profile, no log for this app.
POLICY FOR CHILDREN
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13.
CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
This is not applicable since we do not track you.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
This is not applicable since we do neither collect nor share data about you.
